This lake cannot be fished on a day ticket it is exclusive to The Lake House guests.
Your booking includes sole use of the lake for the duration of your stay, ensuring complete privacy and uninterrupted fishing.
There are no other lodges on Roe Lake, making it the perfect choice for those seeking a peaceful, exclusive fishing experience in quiet countryside surroundings.
This lake is the home of our largest on-site fish and is a dedicated carp fishing lake.
The lake is 7.2 acres in size and with depths from 4-8 feet.
The lake was stocked in November 2021 with 100 plus carp and was further stocked in January 2022 and November 2023.
Currently the lake has over 150 20lbs plus fish making it an ideal opportunity for a personal best whilst chilling out in our lodge.
The lake can be challenging even for the most experienced angler but the rewards are there to be had.

The Lake House began its renovation during lockdown after a suggestion from a family member. We began in April 2021 and worked tirelessly for over 15 months to create a place that would provide an unforgettable break.

Although our lodge is designed to sleep two people, we do offer a sofa bed for children between the ages of 12 and 17.
